Announced Chinese travel restrictions; and
Suspended entry into the United States for foreign nationals who pose a risk of transmitting the coronavirus.

Also on February 1st, at another Iowa town hall, Biden said, “we don’t know exactly where [coronavirus is] going to go yet.” He then went on to once again criticize President Trump’s life-saving travel ban by saying, “Disease has no borders.”
