It's time for a presidential address to the nation. Make this about economics as well. A 5 billion investment compared to 100 billion a year illegal immigration costs a year. If DC had fixed immigration years ago, that money could have been used on inner cities, veterans, etc.

Yes immigration laws and their enforcement need to be fixed. Let's do it the right way before spending 6 billion on a wall that will really cost 100 billion to construct.
