    Thank you for participating. There is no substitute for debate in Parliament, but these are important issues that need the ‘safe space’ provides.

    A consensus on the amendments and the rights of the provinces should also be discussed in the House, which is not usually done due to differences of opinion. But this is a good approach. Welldone all members.
