Why do you think employees are treated poorly? I've been here close to 2 years and I can't imagine working anywhere else. I have made so many friends here and that includes managers. I have never had a job that gave so much. I personally can't wait to see how far I will get here

you can make friends at the very shittiest of jobs - in fact, the social aspect can be one of the only things that keep people from quitting (i speak from much experience). i would rather hear that you get paid/unpenalized breaks, full time contracts, etc
