On May 3rd 2016 SARS arrested my wife and I for having (Not drinking or drunk driving just carrying in the car ) locally distilled alcohol in the car. They whooped me for asking what we did wrong and drove us round different watersides. Later took all the money we had. #EndSARS

See the Nigerian market gives false positive signal. When you go on IG, you'll see thousands of SMES. Same thing on most streets, businesses are littered everywhere. This can seem like a really good signal. If you're a builder like me

One week later: ⬇️ 800+ Installs 👤 11 active subscriptions ⏰ 3 trials 🤑 $100+ revenue My biggest regret was not allowing free trial at launch. Although most of the revenue came from when I didn’t have free trial.

in 2019 we built a startup and it didn't go too well we did 12 months of demos and $0MRR ! 😥 in the end, we had to close it down we found that good tech and no marketing gets no sales 📉

Since I decided to get back into agency work. We've closed 4 big Oil and Gas companies in the last 3 months. - I work less - I go to the office twice a week - I delegate more shit - I've more time to spend with my family - I have less anxiety about PaperCloud not working out
