As Warren, Sanders, and Buttigieg pointed out, the raise in taxes is offset by the end of premiums. Why would you want to pay $10K in premiums instead of $4K in taxes?

Yes, and: I watched Tweety last night try and box Warren into saying that taxes increase and costs decrease, and she dodged and weaved repeatedly. Democrats MUST beat back the Reaganite idea that paying for stuff is the debbil.
