The water is off in my building today for repairs and I keep hearing a weird scratching noise and those who remember the TOILET RAT likely know how on edge this is making me.

The water was SUPPOSED to be off yesterday so I lived in fear for 7 hours for no reason when it is in fact today. I'm going to be scared to use the toilets for days.
