After 4 days in AZ I am relieved to be headed home, not bc I don’t like the state - it’s great! - but because it’s v stressful to be in a place where leaders have sent macro msg that COVID-19 isn’t a big deal. Of course 1st I have to survive *2nd* overbooked .@AmericanAir flight.

I will never fly American again. $5.8 billion in taxpayer bailout money and you haven’t even tweaked boarding for safety. It’s unconscionable. Delta, United and Southwest have all taken this seriously.

We do care very much. Along with requiring masks, we use HEPA filtration, and are doing extra cleaning before and after arrival.
