Someone needs to FOIA: - the test results - the procedure, including calibration - the control - the reagents and material lot numbers

He’s already self disclosed and issued a statement from his physician. I’m not a HIPAA expert, but regardless, I think he’s disclosed the result and the controls, lot numbers, etc aren’t (I believe) protected information.
