Max Linn had maximum entertainment value. Tonight's debate has a limited shelf life. Tomorrow is POTUS debate, and focus will inevitably shift to that.
Call me old fashioned but debates are to educate voters, not entertain anyone. Doesn't matter what the shelf like is, candidates should take them seriously.

no doubt, but too frequently debates serves as hybrid stump speeches with only a glancing reference to the question. I believe that all of female candidates took the last debate seriously.
