Beautiful Tuesday. Any other DC reporters already having panic attacks at the idea of covering a WH election, 12 competitive Senate races, AND confirmation hearings?

The hearings will be Republicans singing the praises of the nominee while Democrats excoriate Trump and GOP Senators. Beyond the anger, it is hard to see these hearings being anything more than a Larry King interview, no offense to Larry King.
We'll still have to watch them, though, and all the moves Democrats make to delay them.

True. Moves will be made, and this may cost the GOP the Senate. However this seat may be worth it to them. A hard right court for the foreseeable future is exactly what McConnell has always wanted.
