      Today in confirming-what-you-might-have-known-but-still: - rural northern Iowa COVERED in trump signs - have talked to quite a few trump supporters in Iowa and WI who are anywhere from very enthusiastic for Trump to not at all...but will vote for him because they’re anti abortion

      There’s a case to be made that the president would have much less impact on actual abortion laws than state and local officials (except scotus) but potentially a lot more impact on keeping those kids healthy and alive once they’re born and connecting those dots.

          If I am talking to a voter who seems to be open to considering not backing Trump but abortion is the hold up and they are torn over it even then, which is what my original tweet described, not bothering to speak to that voter is absolutely a missed opportunity for Democrats.
