      Today in confirming-what-you-might-have-known-but-still: - rural northern Iowa COVERED in trump signs - have talked to quite a few trump supporters in Iowa and WI who are anywhere from very enthusiastic for Trump to not at all...but will vote for him because they’re anti abortion

      There’s a case to be made that the president would have much less impact on actual abortion laws than state and local officials (except scotus) but potentially a lot more impact on keeping those kids healthy and alive once they’re born and connecting those dots.

          I’ve worked around reproductive rights I know the pro life people who often dislike all politics except around abortion. But at some point the point of an election is to stand for something not just pick up every single type of voter or recognize when it’s a useless chase
