Until reading this I had *no idea* doctors lied to intersex patients that they *HAD CANCER* to justify painful surgeries. Thankful that The 19th has an LGBTQ+ beat (occupied by @shoeleatherkate) to amplify gender-diverse voices often drown out in MSM.
