It got little notice, but in a 2018 referendum, MO voters 2-1 repealed a “right-to-work” law the legislature had just enacted. Reading the room, MO GOP set vote for Aug so as not to aid Dems in Nov election. GOP tried/failed to get signatures for new RTW measure on 2020 ballot.
