How can parents be blamed for an unexpected pandemic? This is not a 'bait & switch' situation. No one should be going out right now. Stay home, and wear a mask when absolutely have to go out to get supplies.
The situation is a bait & switch, not the parents. They signed up to see the USA. They're now stuck at home.
