Au pair programs aren't just about child care but also cultural exchange. Au pairs are intended to have time to explore USA when they aren't working. I think the editorial choices make complete sense given the readership. ALL CAPS generally indicates being upset. I'm not bothered by it but this is certainly my last back-and-forth response on this topic bc I've got a busy day.
