I don't know why, but I really prefer the two-L spelling. "Canceled" looks like the first "e" is long, to me. But I routinely type "behaviour," summoning a red squiggly line, so there's that...
Since it isn’t going anywhere, can we at least agree to use ‘canceled’ instead of ‘cancelled’?
