I almost added this on. Congressional is much funnier. But Congressional and Gridiron are much more elite and harder to get into. I‘ve only been once. Much easier to get an invite to all the WHCD preparties.
The actual dinner can be awful imo. You haven’t missed much.

Oh the congressional dinner was the one I thought was funnier than all the others! I went when it was Pelosi and Ryan and they both had really funny roasts. MOST dinners are longgg; WHCD, WHNPA and all being part of that. I’ve never been to gridiron lol obv

WHNPA has a schedule dance party every year at the end of the dinner so that’s a point in their favor.
