As many of ya'll know a main hobby of mine is scouting rural farmhouses & cabins within 3 hours of the DMV & while I've always been open to the "needs some work" category some of my picks are getting downright "condemned haunted house" caliber.

If by camping you mean staying in a three star hotel, maybe, but I do not have a great track record when it comes to anything that requires a night exposed to mosquitos.
