As many of ya'll know a main hobby of mine is scouting rural farmhouses & cabins within 3 hours of the DMV & while I've always been open to the "needs some work" category some of my picks are getting downright "condemned haunted house" caliber.

yup! deciding if i want to do off grid with composting toilet etc or maybe just land with no structure at all. want to have something by next summer.
