Hey @AirFranceUS on 5/5 you emailed to say I could get a refund for tickets for a March trip to Paris after my flights were canceled. I requested it that day. It’s nearly 3 weeks later - where is the $? Not in my account that’s for sure. Have held for hours. No humans to talk to.
