Hey @AirFranceUS on 5/5 you emailed to say I could get a refund for tickets for a March trip to Paris after my flights were canceled. I requested it that day. It’s nearly 3 weeks later - where is the $? Not in my account that’s for sure. Have held for hours. No humans to talk to.

Same here from our canceled trip to Spain from the beginning of April.
Like ... I could use that $1,200? So frustrating I can’t get ahold of anyone for months now.
