Women a terrified. A friend with two young children and no child care right now told me for the first time in their marriage, her husband is making more money, and if there is no solution, she would have to be the one to quit her job.

A friend in MN was set to use summer to pursue a career change. Now it will be spent as caring full-time for their two young children. Another friend in NYC was ready to re-enter workforce but wrote that staying home with daughter has "gone from being a choice to a necessity."
