They did that in Cali before we left. We were able to vote on our mail-in ballot with postage paid and did not need to go to a polling place or center. That said - voting is bs and does not matter. Votes are merely tabulated for establishment re-election.

I fell bad for people of privilege like you. You lose an election, assume it must all be conspiracy, in defiance of all history. It's esp sad that you chose a CA as example, the most transparent election process. Any person can go watch them count the votes. It's pretty cool.
