To answer queries: yes, it definitely swam up, the lid was down and I had used the toilet maybe an hour before, there was no way for it to fall in & the lid close; yes, it was very much alive; I live on floor 1.5 a half story above ground. LOOK BEFORE YOU SQUAT.
