Okay for real after this I can’t just use the toilet normally what if it swims up mid use?? Do I use a bucket and then dump? A child potty?

It really does seem that you need to move. I know I would have to, and I’m so sorry for you! In the interim a portable commode designed for hospital use may be your best bet.
