#QuarantineBread time! This is my 2nd loaf from unlined banneton. I wanted to show you bc a) it’s always harder to get out b) reinforces that bread is trial & error. Key is dough not tearing. Jiggle. Bowl will be easier. Invert onto parchment, put in pot, score, cover & bake.pic.twitter.com/SlOpcWEgrm

What if you add more flour? Mine usually don’t stick that much but I cover the banneton in A LOT of flour. Maybe too much given that it’s hard now to buy flour.

Hasn’t helped much. I ordered two of same banneton. One had linen liner. One had linen-cotton/cotton. The latter stuck so badly I tossed the liner. The linen one still perfect. Maybe I’ll start lining other w/ linen napkin. But as long as I wait & don’t tear dough it’s OK.
