I’ve now made pizza 2x. Trying to figure out how to get through 9.5 pounds of shreded mozzarella. Any suggestions?

Eat it straight in fistfuls. Jkjk. Google a recent NyT recipe that’s baked white beans & tomato paste topped with mozzarella. Mix it with cheddar for quesadillas. Omelettes. Lasagne?
