I dug this out of a dumpster (pre-COVID). Should I paint it (dark grey maybe? Reply w suggestions if that’s your pick). Or, refinish the wood? Going to be a bar cabinet. I’ll retweet this with the photo.

I clicked refinish, but I think it looks great the way it is.

It has some water marks etc on top but would keep the same general stain if I refinish. Am leaning that direction.

Use Howard's Finish Feeder. They also have a finish restore product. Very easy to use. "Brown furniture" is green and sustainable. Don't throw it away, reuse it! (Which you are totally doing.)
