I'm the patient pictured. I agree. And I really, really wish someone would point out to the docs defending this practice that examinations for provider education are not patient care. This is 1000% systemic, systematic abuse and exploitation of patient trust.
It should surprise no one that in a healthcare system that discriminates against women, many hospitals conduct **medically unnecessary** educational pelvic exams on unconscious women who have not given consent.
