When the temperature drops below 55 or there is any precipitation all I want is pasta pasta pasta. Okay that also applies to above 55 and sunny but still.

If you do garlic and oil, that's your light "summer sauce". If it starts to rain or get cold, then you're totally entitled to a heavy cream or puttanesca.
