Dried cranberries for sure, but also clementines, or oranges. Citrus goes great with goat cheese in general.

Fruit is the best part of the (lettuce-based) salad! Blueberries, strawberries, raspberries, grapes, apples, pears, cranberries, peaches...yum! I always put fruit in my salads. I miss
