.@TeamYouTube Does anyone know how to make the blue picture in picture thing auto-hide when a video is in full screen? I just recently noticed this appearing. I don't mind having the feature, but the icon ALWAYS being visible is quite distracting.
Windows 10, Firefox browser. The picture in picture feature has a blue icon that is snapped to the far right side of the video player. Even when the video is in full screen, the blue icon does not seem to go away. It's new to me, it wasn't there earlier today.

Hi! Firefox engineer here. That's a Nightly-only browser feature we're working on, and not part of YouTube. The icon appearing in full screen is a known bug that we hope to fix soon. In the meantime, dropping the mouse below the player controls should make the toggle disappear.

Ohhh! Well that makes sense then. It came out of nowhere and I really thought it was YouTube related. Man you guys are ON POINT if you're even looking at non-direct tweets for support. Thank you!

Thanks for the info. For us to look into the issue, mind sharing a screenshot of what you see? Also, try clearing your browser's cache and cookies to see if that helps? Here's how: https://yt.be/help/sdfe . Keep us in the loop.

It's already taken care of, if you read the other reply to this. It's a Firefox bug, I wasn't aware of the changes to the latest version of Firefox. A Firefox developer responded with the information I was looking for.
