no one has the right to put any of their parts on other people's parts without consent....period. Doesn't matter if its the shoulders or a hair smell...ewww....love kiss on the head, if there wasn't permission it's wrong.

I am not saying he is a predator or this equates to sexual assault however his actions made someone uncomfortable in their own skin. I'm a little surprised at your response.
