A reply of“we’ve sent you a DM with more info. Thanks.” Sounds so inconsiderate of what he is going through. Clearly the DM doesn’t suffice. As an employer I would reach to an employee or “creator” or how ever that works. And help resolve the issue and not stress him out further

If I was you, I would hire and file for two things. File a claim for the impersonating and file a stress claim against them . Those stress claims always seem to have employers jump right on their feet. Hope it works out for you and YouTube gets their shit together
