    They did! It’s called Puget Sound Partnership! It eats resources that should have gone to the actual functional useful Depts & NGOs and gives out branded chapstick and trinkets at parades.

    More of the same old tired economic development strategies from the last 50 years are not going to fix the problems outlined in this article. Half measures with limited vision won’t help either. Communities need to go all in and go for what is possible not merely achievable.
