Strictly speaking the problem isn't loyalty per se. Loyalty is a wonderful thing. As wonderful as many people consider beer to be. However, frequently loyalty is made non-optional. Frequently they try to coerce loyalty. This is extremely retarded.

Systems should be given up on rather than trying to make a consistent system that relies on loyalty. Loyalty is something to be appreciated where it exists, like a view of the mountains.
