For the last month or two I've been noticing strange activity on my account i.e videos that I know for sure that I haven't watched, I've changed my password nearly 5 times enabled 2 factor authentication and still it keeps happening

Thanks for the info. Sign in to your device activity page: https://yt.be/help/xJNd . You'll see the list of all your used devices & if you notice any unusual activity, you can remove the device which leads in signing out. Also, make sure you're not on a shared device. Let us know.

that the thing I've removed the device when I saw the unrecognized device when it showed up, also how how can I find out if I'm on a shared device

We meant to say, if you're using a shared computer/device, consider signing out of any Google services when not in use. It's possible that you're still signed in while someone else browsed through YouTube. If you notice anything else, let us know.

ohh ok, I thought changing your password signs you out of all of the devices that you're on, (which i have still done multiple times)
