    Getting to bed and waking up same time every day. Sunlight in the morning. No light at night. Final meal at 7PM. No work stuff at night. Herbal teas with CBD and light fiction.

    Has anyone bought / implemented anything that noticeably improved their sleep? So far I've found: - white noise machine - blackout blinds - red light at night - blue blocking shades - progressive wakeup light Considering: - air filter - plants

    Is CBD oil addictive? A new study concluded: "a therapeutic dose of CBD (750 mg) showed significantly low abuse potential in a highly sensitive population of polydrug users." In other words, even drug addicts do not get addicted to CBD.
