O’Connell Blvd. in North Braddock will close under the Dooker’s Hollow Bridge starting at 7 a.m. Nov. 23. The closure, which is expected to last at least 2 months, is required for demolition of the bridge. The work is part of an ongoing $9.95 million bridge replacement project.
