    Every person in a new job has this issue but unlike you their end of the month salary won’t cover their outgoings and they don’t have expenses schemes. Imagine having this level of entitlement - shows why an SNP councillor at Glasgow found it acceptable to claim back her knickers

    Probably a point to be made about new MSPs being expected to live, travel, dress, spend money like an MSP for a month before they receive a salary... Hello, unplanned overdraft... 😨 Will be asking in induction tomorrow if advances are an option.

    When Ruth was elected as our only Glasgow MSP in 2011 we got 12000 list votes. When Annie & I were elected in 2016 we got 29000 list votes. Now we are up to 37000. This is down to a great, if still small, team, dedicated to the cause and brilliantly led by

    The SNP are saying if people vote for something it should be delivered. In 2007 SNP said they’d abolish the Council Tax. They didn’t. They said they’d dump student debt They didn’t. They said they’d set up an energy company. They didn’t.

    One problem with this is that the evidence (see grabs below) clearly suggests the SNP would have gone with the EU procurement scheme last year - not the UK Government's - if they'd had the choice. The SNP actively attacked the UK's decision not to join the EU scheme.
