    . & please ask Judge about his 2007 ruling in Doe v DC where he said it was ok for DC to make healthcare decisions for people w/ intellectual disabilities w/o checking with them to see what they want. Self determination matters.

    Horrific decision on and should offend people across the ideological spectrum. This paternalistic ruling is reminiscent of infamous ruling h/t

    This horrendous decision, & so many others in 's record showing he won't respect the rights of people with disabilities, is exactly why the disability community needs to loudly and strongly oppose this nomination. Call your Senators & tell them

    My husband travels a lot. Downside: he's gone a lot. Upside: frequent flyer miles. We just used some to fly a 3-yr-old and his dad, who had been separated at the border, from Michigan (where the son had been taken) to their extended family. DM me if you have miles to donate.

    Right now, the only documents from Kavanaugh’s record that the Senate has received are documents that have been pre-approved by George W. Bush and Steve Bannon’s lawyer - a man who also used to work for Kavanaugh. It's unacceptable. We need to see his real, full record.
