I remember seeing this scene in theaters, it makes me miss theatres and movies so much now. I remember actually screaming "Oh fuck" The energy of the theatre when it happened. It was so powerful.

Gail Simone said the difference in peoples opinions about Spider-Man and Batman/Superman is that people have thoughts about Batman/Superman but they have feelings about Spider-Man. I think the MCU is the same. People are emotionally connected to these characters.

Both the big fights scenes in Infinity War and Endgame are just one big giddy moment after another for me. Marvel did such a great job building characters you care about.

Yes, because he's not wrong. Cinema is way more than just positive emotions, feel good moments, stake-less action and fan service. You can have your opinion, but the difference between Marvel movies and basically any other film you watch is pretty evident
