According to @shinestaril (via @Flyingh43892138) this video was made by a witness of the UFO case of Magé, Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, who broke the authorities' blockade to the site where the alleged UFO fell (see in the image).

In Magé, Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, there are reports of a large disk-shaped object (the size of an airplane) that has fallen and is submerged in the middle of a river.
