Afghan politicians of national stature know that the Durand line is an internationally recognized border. Fanning nationalist or irredentist claims detracts from negotiating peace and economically beneficial ties between 2 countries.https://twitter.com/AmrullahSaleh2/status/1302684721567105031 …

No Afghan politician of national stature can overlook the issue of Durand Line. It will condemn him or her in life & after life. It is an issue which needs discussions & resolution. Expecting us to gift it for free is un-realistic. Peshawar used to be the winter capital of Afg

Balochistan was occupied by Pakistan in ‘48 and somehow falls within the borders of Pakistan in the eyes of the “world.” China occupied Tibet and East Turkestan yet many adopted the One China Policy. J&K acceded to India and it’s deemed “disputed.” The world isn’t always right.

Rightly said, Highly irresponsible statement put out by vice president saleh. Washington knows the ghani administration is trying to delay peace talks in hopes of a biden win and possible subsequent policy change. They want the conflict to go on, as they profit from it.

We afghans will never officially recognize Durand line. no one supper power will be able to separate us. Because half afghan Pashtuns have a property on the Pakistani side including me. china can take Hong kong why Pashtuns can not take Peshawar and Quetta from Pakistan.

The American government should not be dealing with Pakistan on the Durand line, because it will always be costly to American too, not only Pakistan.

Nullified Durand line... PASHTUNistan was/is and will be an AFGHANISTAN 🇦🇫 integral part of territory. It's unbelievable that you still support a TERRORISTs breeder country pak on DL knowingly that this ROGUE STATE is responsible for the deaths of all of your troops in 🇦🇫
