    It’s been 7 years without Dr. Susan Nolen-Hoeksema Susan was a pioneer in the study of rumination. But most imp, she was a true leader: generous, kind, & fierce. When giving us writing feedback, she’d say, “focus on people, not numbers” I carry that w/ me every day ⭐️
