"He was SEEN as the force behind its nuclear weapons program." The NYT has gone to the dogs, I agree. And Iran has at present no nuclear weapons programme detectable to the IAEA. But even Iran admits expanding stockpile of enriched uranium. A bit more nuance please, AA.
