One more thing, what happens with hardware?? Do you know how it is? How it affects performance and stability? I think it's the first point of all. You ALWAYS need hardware, then, put attention on it...

I think hardware is the base of all. You can "virtualize" letting others choose the right hardware, or you can have your own hardware. What do you prefer?. Others think on "balanced" hardware, but you have the option to choose the best hardware for your specific needs/software...
