Pulling this out of the big burnout thread. Mental health is scary to talk about. I do it because I have a platform, and I want to de-stigmatize it. I also want people to know they aren’t alone. But again - scary to talk about.

I'm really glad it helped. It took me a while to understand what was going on with me and my mental health, and it frustrated me to no end that I couldn't seem to get 'better'.
